Your order is dispatched from our European supplier network. Typical handling is 2–4 working days, with transit of 10–17 working days, and every parcel is tracked end to end.
Deliveries outside the EU are charged a flat international rate and may attract import duties payable on delivery, set by the destination country.

We are a European specialist retailer. When you order, we source the item from our supplier network, then ship it to you tracked.
That is why delivery takes longer than a warehouse retailer — and why we can list over 84,000 products across 14 sports, including the specialist gear larger stores do not stock.
You are charged once, in euros, VAT included. No customs paperwork for EU deliveries.
