Shipping policy

GearEurope prides itself on exceptional customer service, and our delivery and shipping service is no exception.

Shipping costs. Free shipping on orders of €49 or more. Orders below €49 are charged a flat €4.99. These are the rates you will be charged at checkout — there are no additional handling fees.

Delivery times. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery then typically takes a further 10–17 business days depending on destination, so most orders arrive within 5–22 business days of being placed. These are genuine estimates for our supply chain, not best-case figures.

Where we ship. Across the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimates above, all dates specified are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
