Shipping & delivery
Shipping & delivery
Free shipping on orders over €49 within the European Union. Orders under €49 carry a flat €4.99 charge, shown at checkout.
Your order is dispatched from our European supplier network. Typical handling is 2–4 working days, with transit of 10–17 working days, and every parcel is tracked end to end.
Deliveries outside the EU are charged a flat international rate and may attract import duties payable on delivery, set by the destination country.
Returns & your rights
Returns & your rights
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, under the EU right of withdrawal — no reason needed. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Faulty or misdescribed items are our responsibility and we cover the return cost. GearEurope is operated by Sharkskin Europe Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria (VAT BG207851518), so your EU consumer rights apply in full.
Email contact@geareurope.com to start a return.
How ordering works
How ordering works
We are a European specialist retailer. When you order, we source the item from our supplier network, then ship it to you tracked.
That is why delivery takes longer than a warehouse retailer — and why we can list over 84,000 products across 14 sports, including the specialist gear larger stores do not stock.
You are charged once, in euros, VAT included. No customs paperwork for EU deliveries.
